The Webster Addison Public Library was one of the first instant libraries in West Virginia. The small carousel building opened its doors in 1973, and10 years later a second carousel was added to the growing facility. The library serves more than 5,000 residents in Webster County.


The library has local cook books for sale - $12


We now have Snowshoe Treasure on the Mountain Tickets to sell. $125


We have pamphlets for the 529 Writing Essay Contest for K through 5th grade. Regional winners of $500.
Grand prize is $4500. Stop in for information. deadine March 26th

Also the Library doing March Movie Madness on Saturdays at 5 pm. Please call library to reserve seat or pickup ticket,
